Fashion brand SARAWONG presented its Fall/Winter 2023 collection on February 25 during the ongoing Milan Fashion Week, paying tribute to Graceland Suzhou and Kunqu Opera. Inspired by Suzhou culture, the Dream Paradise collection combines the sophisticated elegance of Suzhou garden architecture with the soft beauty of Kunqu opera costumes. It celebrates traditional Chinese culture with colorful tassels, cloudy shoulders and patchwork. The color scheme is inspired by Kunqu opera costumes, and the primary colors are purple, cherry pink, and soft light yellow. This season, Sarawong aims to bring a carefree and cheerful mood and provide people with the opportunity to heal themselves and find peace even in times of uncertainty.
